Our Process
Consultation
D&D offers free initial consultation.This includes an onsite meeting to answer questions, get onsite measurements, cover all the options available, and discuss the process in detail.
Design
D&D also offers free expert design consultation which includes detailed 3D drawings to help you visualize your project. This is part of the refining process which takes place through adjustments and expert suggestions that lead you to getting exactly what you want.
Ordering
Once you have approved the design and cost of the project, the cabinets are ordered and a timeline is set in place with a 50% deposit. Taking steps to narrow down countertop options is also discussed at this time and the selection process is covered in detail.
Delivery
Clear communication is vital in scheduling this date so you as the customer are aware and have approved the date along with the needs of the crew involved and impact on other trades needed to complete the process.
Installation
The starting day of installation will be scheduled as close to the delivery date as possible, sometimes the same day, but usually within 24 hours. The installation crew for D&D is polite & professional and will communicate the process so expectations are clear. Your project will be done right or we'll make it right, guaranteed.
